Todobu General Terms of Service

Todobu is a free service, provided to the general public. By using Todobu, you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions (defined herein as "Terms of Service"). Todobu and its affiliates reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service and privacy policy at anytime, without notice.

The web is an ever changing place, and so is Todobu. Any changes to service (free or paid) is minimally bound to the General Terms of service explained in this document. Continued use of this service after any changes have occured, means you have consented to the applicable changes made within the terms of service.

Todobu Account Terms

1. You must give the required information upon signup, and agree that you are at least 13 years old, or have express patental consenet to use the service.
2. You agree signing up for an account at Todobu involves sharing your personal information.
3. Accounts created by computers are strictly prohibited. Any accounts suspected of being created by a computer will be terminated without notice.
4. One account per customer. More than one account per customer is subject to termination on all applicable accounts.
5. The user is responsible for the management of his/her username and password; Todobu cannot be held liable for the loss of username and password combination.
6. The user (you, who has agreed to the terms of service) is liable for every action under your account, and those infringing on actions considered harmful to the free service or others using the service will be terminated from using Todobu immediately.
7. You cannot hold Todobu liable for content provided by Todobu based on keywords and phrases in your list items.
8. Lists designated as "Sharable" are considered lists available to the public domain. By enabling the sharing of your lists, you are making your work available for public viewing and reuse through Todobu and other channels.
9. Using Todobu for illegal and/or discriminating purposes is strictly prohibited. Accounts using Todobu for this/these purpose(s) shall be terminated immediately.
10. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in Termination without notice (as listed below), and possible ban from using Todobu's free services in the future.

Termination from Todobu's Free Services

Todobu and its partners and affiliates have the sole descretion to Terminate any account, at any time, for any reason, regardless of use.

Termination most frequently happens when the terms of service has been broken and determined by Todobu Staff that a termination is the next best method of action. Account Termination is permanent and is binding to your credentials.

Content Ownership

1. Todobu claims no rights to the content posted by the user.
2. Todobu reserves the right to remove content that has been proven (solely by Todobu) not to be owned by the client.
3. Todobu reserves the right to refuse adult content (text/photographs/etc.) to be placed on Todobu servers, even if it is fully owned by the user.

Todobu General Conditions

1. Any accounts using excessive bandwidth over a monthly period determined (solely) by Todobu, will either be temporarily disabled by Todobu, or assigned a maximum bandwidth limit for each month.
2. Todobu lists can be included on other sites, through RSS feeds. Using excessive bandwidth with these feeds will cause bandwidth limiting. We suggest upgrading your account to a paid account to increase monthly bandwidth.
3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Todobu and the services that it offers.
4. You agree to have your lists monitored by Todobu staff, for illegal activity.
5. Threats (verbal, physical, etc.) are taken seriously by Todobu, and action will be taken if claim is serious.
6. Content you provide to the Todobu service can be reproduced and transported over many networks and services.
7. The user has no rights to use the Todobu name in conjunction with their own name, website, or other legalor non-legal entity.
8. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature, through or toward the Todobu Servers and Services.
9. We reserve the right to reject any of your requests, dissatisfications or problems by using the free Todobu services.
